Institutional History
Tradition and Technological Evolution
Founded in 1785, Black Rose emerged following the identification of the Primary Event (Calamity 001). What began as an aristocratic rapid-response task force evolved—through the historic and philanthropic sponsorship of the House of Bistlecharm—into a state-of-the-art global infrastructure.
What was once a field operation is now the pillar of human survival.
The Agenda for Global Order
In alignment with global security treaties, Black Rose has established five foundational pillars:
Promote the systematic neutralization of Class A (Aggressive) Calamities, ensuring the permanent removal of threats.
Systematize the capture and monitoring of Calamities for empirical data collection.
Ensure that urban centers remain isolated from Calamity influence zones.
[ Report a Suspected Calamity ]Identify and convert properties of non-hostile Calamities into socioeconomic benefits (PAC Project).
Foster an inclusive and standardized working environment based exclusively on performance and adherence to protocol.
